REFUND & RETURNS

By placing an order, you have confirmed that: You have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:

1. ORDER CANCELLATION.

If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 10 hours. Once the packaging process has started, we can no longer cancel it.

RETURNS.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items with manufacturing defects, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Please ensure you retain your receipt or proof of purchase for any return inquiries.

  • Sizing Disclaimer: We highly recommend reviewing our size chart carefully and using accurate measurements before placing your order to avoid any sizing issues. Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing choices will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note, we are not liable for any items mistakenly returned to us.
  • If an exchange is approved for a size change, you will be asked to purchase a gift card to cover the re-shipping costs.

Defective items;

Evidence must be included:

  • Unboxing Video: A video showing the item clearly displaying the defect.
  • Photos: Clear photos of the defect and the item in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
You will be asked to purchase a gift card to cover the re-shipping costs. After that we will process to re-ship to you

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
